What does the Ideation Week for Health have to offer me?

The Ideation Week for Health offers you 5 bootcamps that will follow the methodology from Fábrica de Startups and access to the Fábrica de Startups family: a network of mentors, startups and investors; an amazing co-working space where help, advice and encouragement is shared; but mostly you’ll create a new idea and meet people for your team.

What are the benefits of participating in the Ideation Week for Health?

The Ideation Week for Health is an ideation program that will bring innovative ideas and new business models in just five days. You’ll be up-to-date on the main challenges of the health sector and you’ll be part of their solution.

Is the program theoretical of practical?

The program is practical. Through tools from the methodology of Fábrica de Startups, it is expected participants engage in field work to identify the main problems of the selected segments and to define solutions to solve them.

Is the program part-time or full-time?

The program is full-time, from 9am to 6pm.

Does the participant have to be related to the health sector?

No, it is not mandatory. We are looking for people in any area of activity and level of experience. Nevertheless, applicants with some experience in the sector will have preferred in the selection process.

Can I apply with a team and an idea?


No. Only individual applications will be considered. The challenges of the industry and possible solutions will be discussed during the program, thus ideas will be developed during the program. You don't need an idea to apply.

Are there any application restrictions?

We have very few restrictions: no legal persons or trademarks can apply and you must apply individually.

If I am accepted, do I have to prepare anything before the program starts?

No. In the case that you are accepted, there is no pre-work to be done.

Where does the program take place?

The entire program takes place at Fábrica de Startups’ campus in Rua Rodrigo da Fonseca nº11 in Lisbon, Portugal.

What is the cost of the program?

The program is free.

What is the official language of the program?

The entire program will be held in Portuguese.
